A community-focused Agency in your local market is confidentially looking to build upon their team. Specifically, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to start and be a valuable member to their team. This opportunity would be great for a community-minded individual that appreciates the flexibility and excellent culture this community focused organization provides.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer phones, emails and walk in request for policy questions, renewals, binding and overall customer service related duties.
  • Work in a group setting to maintain and service LARGE premium accounts
  • Work with ownership and producers as needed


  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, fully licensed in P&C.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant field of study (strongly preferred, but not required; may be substituted with experience)
  • Specialty or experience with Oil and gas, transport, agribusiness and hospitality required.
  • Prior experience within an agency preferred.
