Commercial Relationship Manager

Local Financial Institution is looking to add an experienced, top performing Commercial Relationship Manager to grow and manager a Commercial Loan Portfolio.

Position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Lending and strong new business development. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the banking industry and the Credit Analysis & Underwriting process. CRE, C&I & SBA

  • 3+ years' prior business banking / commercial lending experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant field of study (strongly preferred, but not required; may be substituted with experience)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio.
  • Meet benchmarks in multiple facets including but not limited to profitability and credit quality.
  • Strong new business development.
  • Top level loan service.
  • Relationship building and management skills.
  • Accounting background.
  • Understand and apply risk management policy and procedures.
  • Existing portfolio is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years' prior business banking / commercial lending experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant field of study (strongly preferred, but not required; may be substituted with experience)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
