Job Description

A growing and established wire and cable company has an opportunity for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager must be a highly motivated and organized self-starter and be able to provide an intermediate level of resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. You must have a strong ability to listen and follow written and verbal instructions, while meeting tight deadlines and maintain a high degree of quality control. This person may also help in some warehouse and forklift driving.

Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate will have the ability maintain strong relationships with customers through Maintenance and purchasing personnel.

Technical Equipment Experience: 2+ years

  • Handle Complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process customer orders
  • Scheduling the service personnel for onsite visit and notify customer of the service personnel's travel plans
  • Create, maintain, and follow up on case issues to ensure resolution
  • Occasional support for warehouse


  • Knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheet software, and Word Processing such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented, customer focused, with a high commitment level.
  • 2 or 4-year Degree

****An ideal candidate would be a Field Service Tech/Engineer who would like to be more local with less travel****
