Job Description

A motivated Customer Service Representative is needed at a local insurance agency. This company is searching for individuals who have had previous experience as a Customer Service Representative and hold a Property and Casualty license. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with customers about company guidelines and policies. Responsibilities will include processing claims, preparing quotes for clients and providing the best service to customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Applicants must have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ year experience in a phone support role
  • Must have Property and Casualty License
  • Strong communication skills
