Job Description

A local insurance agency is looking to add an Employee Benefit Account Manager to their team. There is opportunity for growth and advancement along with a robust benefit package. This is a fast paced and fun work environment.

Job Duties:

- Administer coordination of internal resourses with staff/vendors for execution of client-based projects

- Oversee underwriting and implementation of renewal clients

- Perform various accounting duties: reconcile commissions, review invoices

- Assist with challenging requests from clients or carriers

Must Have:

- Life & Health License California

- Solid background with understanding and/or hands on experience in technology or project management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A willingness to learn, be trained and understand a new industry/product
