Do you have a proven background as an Estimator in leading ground-up commercial construction projects?

An industry leading commercial General Contractor is looking for an Estimator with a proven background in managing complex projects. Competing on a national level yet still maintaining a family culture. Extremely busy with local work and competitive compensation packages.

Background:

  • Experience in field operations with work assignments in project management and estimating
  • Develop bid schedules
  • Understand construction methods, identify constructability issues, read/interpret construction documents
  • Manage bid organization, strategy, package preparation, proposal reviews, GC pricing and fee structures
  • Maintain relationships with owners and subcontractors
  • Execute value engineering strategies
  • Identify, correct and avoid potential schedule, budget or quality issues
  • Demonstrate organizational values and seeks to improve through personal and professional development
