Job Description

A local California agency is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the owner. Attention to detail and organization is a must. This individual will assist with the owner's schedule, assist with proposals and underwriting. A poised and proactive attitude is a must.

Applicants must have:

  • BS or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in insurance industry and/or executive assistant experirence (preferred not required)
  • Attention to detail, organized, proactive
  • Ability to work with Word, Excel, ability to learn office CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Agile with keyboard and mouse (knows keystrokes to avoid mouse)
  • Great writing and speaking skills in English
  • A refined, educated and calm presence
