We are searching for a self-motivated, career minded, and entrepreneurial insurance agent who is looking to advance in their career. This individual should have at least three years of experience in insurance sales, but any PROVEN sales record will be considered.

The position will allow you to access a large, well established P&C book of business to prospect for life insurance. You will use tools that will build a program that will protect individuals and families. You will bring value with your expertise. As you grow the business, you will also grow in your career with the potential to grow into leadership.

Applicants must be licensed to sell insurance OR be able to acquire a license. The main qualification is proven sales ability and be able to generate new business through phone calls, networking, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales OR Proven, long term, sales accomplishments
  • Must hold a Minnesota life/health license OR be able to obtain one
  • Ability to work well in a team environment; yet able to work alone
  • Desire to grow life business under the umbrella of an established agency.

This opportunity includes an excellent compensation package. Compensation includes a base, commission on new business, as well as a monthly and annual bonus based on production.
