Project Engineer

Do you have a proven background as a Project Engineer in assisting ground-up commercial construction projects?

An industry leading commercial General Contractor is looking for a Project Engineer with a proven background in managing complex projects. Competing on a national level yet still maintaining a family culture. Extremely busy with local work and competitive compensation packages.

Background:

  • Manage project documentation, drawings, specifications, soils reports, RFIs, ASIs, etc.
  • Coordinate submittal process, tracking, reviewing, resubmitting and monitoring procurement
  • Assist Project Manager in documenting sub contracts, change orders, cost estimating and forecasting
  • Assist Superintendent with scheduling of subcontractors and ensuring quality control
  • Represents team and records minutes for owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, safety walks and meetings
  • Manage project close-out process
  • Demonstrate organizational values and seek to improve through personal and professional development
