Project Manager Wanted!

One of the areas most respected commercial General Contractors in Dallas is seeking a strong Project Manager that can help lead large-scale commercial construction projects. Relevant project experience for this Project Manager could include healthcare, education, multifamily, mixed-use or a wide array of different commercial builds. This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to niche out their own role within an organization that operates with an employee first mentality!

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience desired
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
  • Ground-up or renovation projects over $10MM preferred
  • Ability to manage others within a team atmosphere
  • Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assure business development model with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
  • Establish working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Administer contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
  • Coordinate with the team members and business clientele
