Job Description

I just partnered with a growing company that is looking to add on a Sales General Manager. This organization has company outings, offers a great benefits package that includes 11 paid holidays, 17 PTO days to start, tuition reimbursement, half days on Fridays for management positions and more.

Responsibilities:

  • This individual will be developing a low cost, high quality supply base to support efficient spare parts
  • Manage operational action plans to meet or exceed budgeted targets
  • Responsible for profitably growing and leading the Services Division sales to include securing new business, executing operating plans to achieve/exceed planned results, satisfying customers and more

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience- government market
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Mechanical shaft seal experience
  • BS in Engineering/Management
  • 10+ years of experience in a related industy and role or a combination of education and experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Military background preferred (Submarine Experience)
